Hoyer VMS ESS – energy saving system

Hoyer VMS ESS is an advanced energy-saving retrofit solution designed to optimise onboard cooling pumps, HVAC systems, and engine room fans. By combining Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), intelligent automation, and real-time sensor data, the system dynamically adjusts motor performance to actual operational demand.

The result is significantly reduced energy consumption, lower fuel costs, and reduced CO₂, SOx, and NOx emissions — while also extending equipment lifetime and improving operational efficiency. Depending on the application, shipowners can achieve energy savings of 40–65% with a typical ROI in less than two years.
