Sustainability at Core
VMS Group applies circular-economy principles throughout its operations:
- Reuse over replace: Reconditioning parts instead of replacing them saves energy, cuts waste, and reduces transport emissions
- Fuel efficiency through maintenance: Properly serviced engines consume less fuel and emit less pollution
- Green propulsion options: Wabtec partnerships allow delivery of Tier 4-compliant systems with reduced weight and complexity, lowering overall vessel emissions.
The company partners with sustainability consultants to integrate clean-tech solutions into daily operations and long-term strategy.
